R&B diva Mariah Carey, 38, stunned fans when she married 27-year-old Californian actor Nick Cannon in a secret ceremony at her home in the Bahamas on April 30, 2008. The pair had been dating for a mere two months.

"We really do feel we are soulmates," Carey tells PEOPLE, following their sunset ceremony at the pop star's Bahamian estate. "I never felt a love like this was in the cards for me." Cannon adds: "She is beautiful on the outside and 10 times as beautiful on the inside."

Nick and Mariah have been married for quite some time now. They are both adults and no matter what it looks like (good or bad) if they are truly happy then thats all that matters.
