R&B singer Christina Milian is suing the producer behind her 2003 hit “Dip It Low,” claiming he lied about the sample used on the track.
Milian alleges Poli Paul, who wrote the record, assured her "there were no samples whatsoever" in “Dip It Low,” but the singer has since spent a fortune in legal costs, defending herself in a plagiarism lawsuit.
