R&B singer/songwriter Chrisette Michele, best known for the 2007 breakthrough single "If I Had My Way" is back and ready to heat things up with the help of Ne-Yo !
Michele, who released the Def Jam debut "I Am" in 2007, will release the first single from her as-yet-untitled sophomore album February 10th.
Chrisette Michele, Bilal, Chestor Gregory and several R&B/soul singers have lined up a series of dates for shows in New York City during January and February.
Beginning, Jan. 14, S.O.B's will present 'An Evening of Soul' hosted by Eric Roberson featuring Chester Gregory, Samuel III, and Chevy to be followed by J. Holiday on Jan. 15.

As R&B singer Chrisette Michele wraps up a busy 2007, the Def Jam crooner plans a year-end headlining tour, as she continues to build steam behind her June debut, "I Am."
Michele worked with various notable R&B producers on her 14-song debut, including John Legend, Will.I.Am, Salaam Remi and Babyface, who collaborated with the young singer on seven of her songs.
