Ne-Yo has emerged as this week's top R&B artist on the charts. The "Miss Independent" singer landed at no.2 on the Billboard 200 beating out competition from Nelly and Raphael Saadiq.

According to reports, Ne-Yo’s New York fans are upset after being swindled into paying to watch a fake version of the star perform.

Ne Yo has something extra to smile about this month. According to reports from Los Angeles the R&B singer has won his case against R.Kelly's "Double Up Tour" promoter for giving him the boot last fall.
A Los Angeles judge has ordered Kelly's promoter to pay $700,320 to the "Miss Independent" singer and Grammy Award winner.
