Beyonce' is reportedly close to finishing her third studio album, unfortunately close was not good enough for her deadline.
According to the NY Daily News, the "Single Ladies" star has had trouble finishing up that last few tracks to be featured on her album due to other obligations.

Beyonce' is set to take MTV's Europe Music Awards by storm with a performance of her highly anticipated singles in November, organizers announced Monday.

Beyonce has reportedly pushed back the release of her highly anticipated singles "If I Were A Boy" and "Single Ladies" due to a friend and fellow Destiny's Child member.
Originally slated for release October 7th, Beyonce's new singles have been moved to Oct. 14 with her third studio album to follow in November.
