With mom back in his business circle, Usher is releasing two new singles from his latest effort “Here I Stand.”
Although his album “Here I Stand” opened with over 400,000 copies sold it has yet to live up to its predecessor “Confessions.” With that being said, Usher released “Trading Places” and “Here I Stand,” the album’s title track to radio this week in hopes that the singles will give the album the push that it needs to bring him back to prominence amidst competition from R&B singers Chris Brown, Robin Thicke, Joe, and Lloyd, who are all making moves on the charts.
Usher’s second single “Moving Mountains” peaked at #67 on the Billboard Hot 100 since it’s release in June.
No, anything but that! U shouldn't even have let Polo Da Pon release Love in this club as the 1st single like that man.
U Shud have released these songs if u wanted to sell nicely!

Easily 3X Platinum, but that is still not good enough b/c he didn't keep the album very relevant. He made it his own old fashioned life story. He should definetly release another album which I heard he will do with his mom to ressurect his career. As much as I like u Usher! We kno u are more capable than this.

First of all Usher did not get cocky. He is just dedicated to his wife and son. For all you people that want him to throw it back to his Confession days it won't happen. Confessions just like this album Here I Stand...is a story about his life, and obviuosly he is gonna talk about his wife and his urge to cheat. It's who he is and who he is about. Now no lie that all the songs sound simliar..but each song has a differant meaning to it.
Yes I and a BBBIIIGGGG USHER FAN...and i will defend him like im his wife....But im happy that momma Raymond is back with her baby...and the fact he is coming out with "Trading Places" make me happy. That song should and will do good!!!!!!

The song "Trading Places" should do well but I still think Usher should have made a Confession 2 CD and kept Jermaine Dupri on the production with some other proven producers like Timbaland and Scott Storch. May a few up and coming producers that are hot now.

Usher messed up when he put his life story in this new album. Nobody wants to hear about him settling down and his urge to cheat! It's obvious(due to his songs and interviews) he has to convince his self that he wants to be married.....Usher baby Throw us back with the Burns and Confessions!!

He needs to work with better songwriters. Maybe stay away from those high priced, every song sounds the same producers that is plagueing the airwaves!
