It’s been almost a year since we were first introduced to the Hip Hop star we now know as Yung Berg on “Sexy Lady.” After a successful run of collaborations including Ray J’s hit single “Sexi Can I,” Yung Berg is finally ready to release his debut album “Look What You Made Me” on which the Hip Hop star taps many familiar faces in R&B.
In a recent interview with MTV News, the 23-year-old star said "I'm an R&B dude at heart," when asked about his album which features Amerie, Lloyd and Trey Songz. In addition to running his own label, the hip hop star says he enjoys penning R&B songs and singing them which may surprise many. "I like rap. I started with [DMX]. My craft has evolved. I try to be a jack-of-all-trades where I can sing R&B and write R&B as well as me doing my rap thing and producing as well. I'm multitasking” says Berg.
Yung Berg revealed a few tracks from his August 12th debut last week in Manhattan including “One Night Stand,”a collaboration with Trey Songz. Calling the track a potential single, Berg advised “[It’s] one of them joints that's about the ladies, but all my dudes gonna feel it. All the dudes gonna rock with it. It's got a lot of live instrumentation.”
Following “One Night Stand,” Berg teamed up with R&B youngin’ Lloyd on the song “Manager” and recently pulled beauty Amerie on the club banger “Get Your Number.”
Even though most of the album is seasoned with R&B, Berg took time out to collaborate with Eve and Collie Buddz on the reggae influenced track “Victory Lap” followed by strictly Hip Hop tracks like the street anthem “Do That There” and “Outta Space.”According to MTV, the almost hypnotizing voice-box-drenched track “Outta Space” is reminiscent of songs by T-Pain and Lil Wayne which the star says is his favorite song on the album.

hard to believe. this guy has posted his personal ad to a celebrities dating site called (MillMatch) for several months. i just visited his profile page yesterday. it seems he has not logged in recently.omg, is he looking for new relationships?
