Alicia Keys is starring in a new micro-television series - with each episode lasting just three minutes - called 'Fresh Takes', which is airing in commercial breaks across four weeks during the return of MTV's 'The Hills'.

The show, created by Dove beauty products and featuring a soundtrack from the singer, centers around the lives of three 20-something girls all living together in New York City.

According to the show's official website, Keys stars as Alex, a woman who's "still discovering who she is and what kind of life she wants to be living."
