Jive recording artist, Ciara is providing an opportunity for dancers to follow her energetic dance footwork, through a national search for back-up dancers. The auditions will be held beginning in her hometown of Atlanta then Miami, New York and Los Angles.
In the upcoming film ‘Mama, I Want to Sing!’ she is starring with Patti LaBelle, the film is based on the off-Broadway musical. Ciara is playing the role of a preacher's daughter in the church choir who becomes a pop star.
Ciara is working on her third studio album, that yet to be titled.

Hey, ciara i've wanted to be a backup dancer for a long time and since i went to this network i've want to be your backup dancer. im only 15 years old and this is going to b a new experince for me. i know how to do almost all kinds of dance moves mostly hip-hop or ballet but with the other dance moves i really want to learn them. there are a lot of talented people that are in Detroit and nobody actually get to see that but i would really wish that you can come. o and i would work hard. :)

I love all your moves I admire how you dance so good. Iam really interested to be one of your back ups. let's just say maybe a little desperate. I'm going to just get to the point, because I know you don't have enough time to read everybodies, but i hope you get to read this!! In the A there is a lot of talented people, but famous people from the hood can't see that because they are blinded by media that they forget about the people that you called your friend. I'm 17 years old with a passion for dance out of this world. Nobody can tell me nothing about how I feel about dance. Everyday I get up wishing that somebody from a high dance company can just come to my house and tell me that I have what it takes to be in a video with You, Chris Brown, or just a down South video so I can show them where I can came from since you are the pnly one actually representing. ATLANTA is where it's at. Just look around the deep hoods in Dekalb County: you'll be surprised what you see and hear! Love Jackie

I think it's really f***ed up that she's doing Atlanta, New York, Los Angeles, & Miami.
There is talent in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and other places. These stars get the big head and won't give anybody else a chance. What about the dancers that come from poor families and can't travel to audition. I think that's real f****** up Ciara. You got a say in this (make it right) and give some other cities a chance to shine. That's if you really give a damn.
