112, the former Bad Boy R&B quartet, have formed their own record label, One Twelve Music Group. One Twelve Music Group will be the parent company of the many different endeavors from the guys including signing new artists, writers, and producers, movie & television deals.

112 will release their 2008 album in partnership with Irv Gotti’s The Inc Records.
