Rapper-turned-preacher Mason "Mase" Betha is building a second branch of his El Elyon International Church (EEIC) in Phoenix, Arizona, according to Allhiphop.com.
The former Bad Boy and G-Unit entertainer says the second church will further his Atlanta-based ministry.
