After landing her sixth number one album, R&B singer Janet Jackson is planning to roll our a tour and a book. The superstar, whose "Discipline" debuted at No. 1 on The Billboard 200 with first-week sales of 181,000, anticipates a mid-September launch for a trip that will take her around the world.
