R&B/Rap star Estelle has little time to enjoy her first Grammy, according Brit Award organizers the "American Boy" singer is locked in to perform at Wednesday's show.
Estelle, who is up for several Brit Awards (often said to be the UK's version of a Grammy), will join The Ting Tings, Girls Aloud, Duffy, Coldplay and U2 for the much-anticipated show.

British police say a man is in critical condition
after being stabbed at the 6th Annual Urban Music Awards in London where a brawl caused the show to be shut down before performances from Estelle and Leona Lewis.
The Metropolitan Police force says the man in his 20s was
injured while one other person was treated at a local hospital for minor wounds.

Estelle has picked up a fresh round of nominations. The "American Boy" singer earned five nominations Wednesday for the 2008 UK Urban Music Awards (UMAs).
Joining Estelle, Leonia Lewis picked up two nominations, including Best R&B Act and Best Album where she will compete head to head with the Mercury Prize nominee.
