Grammy-winning R&B singer Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds and his ex, Tracey Edmonds, have officially finalized their divorce, according to court papers.
The “When Can I See You” crooner and Tracey, 40, had been married for 13 years. They will have joint custody of their two sons, Brandon, 10, and Dylan, 6, according to a Superior Court final judgment filed Friday and released on Monday.
The other terms of the divorce settlement were sealed by the court.
The pair announced in October 2005 that they were ending their marriage. In January 2006, Tracey filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.
The Edmonds have produced movies and television shows together, including Soul Food. They plan to continue working together on business ventures.
