While Beyonce and Kelly Rowland are like “sisters,” critics continue to find ways to bring forth rivalry between the former Destiny’s Child beauties. The latest comes from one of Beyonce’s producers, who voiced his dislike for Rowland’s No. 1 single “Motivation” on Twitter, calling the track “weak.”

“How can this kr song with the weakest beat and melody of all time be the #1 song on urban!? Oh yeah. Wayne,” wrote Jeff Bhasker, who is credited for three tracks on Beyonce’s new album ‘4,’ including “Party” featuring Andre 3000.

After taking some heat from Rowland’s fans, Bhasker returned hours later, insisting he gave the record another try but it was still “horrid.”

“I just listened to Motivation again to see if I was to harsh in my critique. I wasn’t. The lyrics are horrid as well,” he writes.

It seems Bhasker has been hanging around Kanye West for too long. He has been at west’s side since ‘808s & Heartbreak’ in 2008 as well as his recent single “Runaway” off West’s follow up album, ‘My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.’ Bhasker is also credited with writing and producer credits on a number of songs on Grammy-winner Alicia Keys’s 2009 album ‘The Element of Freedom,’ including hits singles “Try Sleeping with a Broken Heart” and “Wait Til You See My Smile.”

Rowland’s “Motivation” featuring Lil Wayne was produced by Jim Jonsin and written by Rico Love. No comments has been made from either party or Rowland herself.

Was Bhasker too harsh?

It’s no secret that Beyonce and Kelly Rowland have a longstanding relationship, but it looks like things may be on the rocks. Recently, one of Beyonce’s producers has publicly criticized Kelly Rowland’s new single ‘Motivation’. This move has shocked fans who are used to seeing them support each other through thick and thin. So what happened? Let’s take a closer look at why this producer is bashing out against his fellow artist.

The drama began when Mike Will Made-It took aim at her track by posting comments about its lack of creativity on social media. He even went as far as criticizing her for using samples from older records rather than creating something more unique. His words were met with backlash from fans who felt he was being too harsh in his remarks towards his colleague.

This situation raises some interesting questions – Why would someone affiliated with Beyonce choose to speak negatively about another female artist? Does he view himself as superior to others within the music industry? And most importantly; will this affect their relationships going forward? Read on to find out how these two artists overcame these difficult circumstances and emerged stronger than ever before!

Producer’s Criticism Of Song

Producer The-Dream has recently come out to criticize Kelly Rowland’s single “Motivation”, calling it a “stale” attempt at making music. His comments, made in an interview with Billboard Magazine, have drawn criticism from both fans and the music industry alike.

The-Dream believes that Kelly should take more creative risks when making her music and rely less on traditional formulas. He also said that he felt like she was “treading water” instead of pushing herself creatively. He went on to say that while there is nothing wrong with being inspired by other artists, it would be better for her if she found her own sound rather than trying to emulate someone else’s style.

Kelly’s response to these comments hasn’t been released yet but many speculate that she will try to address them through her next project. Whatever path she takes, one thing remains clear: musicians need to find their voice within the industry or risk becoming stuck in a rut of uninspired songs.

Fans’ Reactions To The Controversy

Fans of both Kelly Rowland and The-Dream have taken to social media to express their opinions on the controversy. Many believe that while it is understandable for an artist’s mentor to give constructive criticism, publicly bashing a song was uncalled for. Others felt that The-Dream had made valid points and were supportive of his comments.

Though some called out The-Dream for what they saw as disrespectful behavior, others argued that he was simply trying to push Kelly in the right direction by encouraging her to take creative risks with her music. Some fans also suggested that rather than being critical, producers should focus more on helping musicians create something truly unique instead of relying solely on formulas.

Regardless of where people stand on this issue, one thing is clear: now more than ever artists need mentors who will challenge them consistently so they can grow creatively and not become stale within their craft.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the controversy surrounding Beyonce’s producer and Kelly Rowland’s “Motivation” single has been a hot topic among fans. Although some were in agreement with the producer that the song wasn’t as good as it could have been, others found his remarks to be harsh and unfair. It is clear that this debate will continue amongst fans for years to come.

At the end of the day, music should be enjoyed by everyone regardless of their opinion on certain songs or artists. I personally believe that there are always going to be different opinions when it comes to artistry and musical taste, but we can all agree that no matter what your views may be, respect should always remain paramount.

Overall, while it’s unfortunate that such criticism had to arise out of an otherwise enjoyable song release, at least it provides us with something interesting to talk about – even if we don’t necessarily agree on every point! With so much great music out there today from both Beyonce and Kelly Rowland alike, let’s try to focus on the positive aspects instead of centering our attention around negativity.
