R&B singer Rihannaâs fifth studio album âLoudâ has landed on the number three spot on the Billboard 200 album chart, behind Susan Boyleâs âThe Giftâ and Jackie Evanchoâs âO Holy Night.â The set, which boast the singles âOnly Girl (In The World)â and âWhatâs My Name?â featuring rapper Drake moved just a little over 200K, reports Hitsdailydouble.com. âNever have I ever stressed out on the first week,â Rihanna recently tells New York radio host Angie Martinez. âEver since âGood Girl Gone Badâ, the first week was like 160[,000], and it grew to sell nine million albums. The first week never determines what the success of the album will be.â Despite having sold over 15 million albums worldwide and scoring eight number one singles in the U.S., Rihanna has yet to register a number one on the Billboard 200 album chart, her closest being âGood Girl Gone Bad,â which peaked at number two in 2007. Chart topper Susan Boyle’s sophomore album âThe Giftâ continues to reign the chart, notching up another 323,428 units, 5,000 more sales than during the previous week.
