Beef Between Milian And The-Dream Heats Up Over Divorce, Who's Lying?

R&B singer Christina Milian wants a judge to void divorce papers filed by The-Dream,
claiming he cheated on her repeatedly and lied about the status of their
relationship.
According to TMZ, Milian is upset over The-Dream’s claim that they were
legally separated after filing divorce papers back in February, nine days
before she gave birth to their daughter violet.
Filed last week in a Georgia county, Milian claims the marriage was still
intact when papers were filed and The-Dream took it up on himself to have "marital relations on
numerous occasions." Milian, who does not want the court to grant the
divorce based on "irretrievably broken," says the divorce should only
be granted over The-Dream cheating on her.
But here is the twist…
TMZ reports that Milian admits to signing a settlement agreement with The-Dream in which both parties waved any alimony or ownership rights to the other person's property.
But to refute the documents, Milian claims she was in no condition to sign such papers while being 9-months pregnant with their child.

It's a messy situation! Shame that more of these "celeb" couples can't stay together. Will and Jada don't count, because they have an open relationship, so if they did step out of the relationship, they have already deemed that okay. Too much temptation, it's crazy.
