Keri Hilson Says 'No Rush,' Talks Sophomore Album

Keri HilsonKeri Hilson will put out her anticipated sophomore album, a follow up to the Grammy nominated debut "In A Perfect World," when the time is right. According to Hilson, there will be no rushing this time around.

"We didn't want to rush this one," Hilson says of the as-yet-untitled effort.  "I wanted it to be as organic and as emotional as the first one."

While she remains silent when it comes to collaborations and specific songs, Hilson is working with three producers so far, including Polow Da Don, Tricky Stewart and Danja.

Speaking of the three, Hilson told Today, "We have such great chemistry, you never know what we're going to come up with."

    I didn't buy her first album, I always feel an artist need to prove themselves first. But I am looking forward to buying the 2nd album. She need to release that album by the end of the year, in the music game if you stay gone too long people will forget who u are.
