Britney Spears 'Cleared' Of Child Abuse Allegations

Los Angeles authorities have reportedly dropped a child abuse case against Britney Spears.

The "Circus" singer, mother to two boys, ages 3 and 4, had been accused of being an unfit mother by former bodyguard Fernando Flores, who alleged that she beat the boys.

"[There was] absolutely no truth to the accusations," a source said told Radar Online Tuesday. "Sean and Jayden's pediatricians submitted documentation that the boys were healthy, and that they have never seen any signs of abuse. The case was officially closed after the department received that information from the boys' doctor."

"[The claim was] absolutely outlandish and absurd. Britney would never lay a hand on either one of her sons, she loves them so much."
