Christina Milian Christina Milian and The Dream are done just hours after photos of The-Dream putting his hands on another woman were taken and released online. The question is however, who's lying?

Releasing a statement Monday afternoon, shortly after blogs posted the incriminating photos of him and a woman said to be his assistant, The Dream claimed to be not just saddened but intent on proving that he is not a cheater.

Claiming to have kept his split from the "Dip It Low" and "Say I" singer private for months in the interest of protecting his daughter, four month old Violet, The Dream's rep said "The couple reached this decision in late 2009."

Unfortunately for the "Love King" entertainer (The Dream), Twitter timelines reveal one thing -- that Milian, who would be focused on other things if they had split, wrote to fans, asking them to buy his album and support her "boo".

"Everybody go pick up that LOVEKING album from THE- DREAM ASAP! Support my boo," she wrote.

So who's lying ?

Was Christina simply handling her split well, knowing well that she and her baby are set considering The Dream's hefty discography, publishing and royalties (ie: Beyonce's "Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)') ? Or, was The Dream's "saddened" statement claiming they had split months ago a thinly veiled attempted at a cover up ?

No matter what, this couple is headed for divorce court after less than twelve months of marriage.

Dream --you screwed up. Badly. But you had help. As long as there are cheating women, i.e., women with low self-esteem, there will always be cheating men. As to who's lying: If he cheated on his wife, can he be trusted to tell the truth?

What a loser! As long as there are cheating women, i.e., women with low self-esteem, there will always be cheating men. If he cheats on his wife, can he be trusted to tell the truth?
