Whitney Houston 'Feeling Great' Post Illness

Contrary to reports of a relapse, Whitney Houston is looking good, feeling great after a health scare and ready to return to the stage.

"I'm feeling great," Houston said Thursday. "I'm just ready to move on and continue my world tour."

As previously reported, Houston was hospitalized earlier this week for an upper respiratory infection. With the infection behind her, Houston is set to return to the stage April 13 in Birmingham, England.

As for rumors alleging that the diva had gone back to using drugs, Houston tells PEOPLE such reports are "ridiculous" and says, "At this point, I just don't respond. I don't even read it."

Houston's 'Nothing But Love Tour' will continue through Summer 2010.
