Erykah Badu Erykah Badu will not be charged for indecency or violating any law for her part in the controversial music video, "Window Seat".

According to the Daily Mail, Dallas police say no-one made any official complaints and no officers had seen her strip, therefore she will not face charges.

While the news is great for Badu, it's even better for directors Chike and Coodie who had expected Badu to be taken into custody while they were filming.

"I just remember hearing a siren, or every minute looking up and seeing some kind of sheriff's car or something," Chike told MTV. "So I was like, 'This is going to be interesting'. Her contingency plan was get arrested. She was big on doing it. We had bail money and everything. I think she really wanted to get arrested, even make a bigger message."

Badu released "New Amerykah Part Two: Return of the Ankh" Tuesday.
