Lady Gaga After a near collapse on stage in New Zealand, Lady Gaga has been met with concerned fans and scrutiny from press. According to her tour promoter however, there is nothing to fuss over -- Lady Gaga is just fine.

Issuing a statement Tuesday, March 16, Gaga's tour spokesperson Michael Coppel said she rested on stage and removed head gear due to warmth.

"[She is] totally fine. It was warm at the show, she was tired and bit dehydrated by the end of a two-hour-plus performance," says Coppel. "She performed the second Auckland show the following night without an issue and will be back in full match fitness for her first Australian show."

In related news, Lady Gaga will return to U.S. shores in June for an over two month arena run.

Making stops in Canada as well as U.S. cities like New York and Phoenix, Lady Gaga's 'Monster Ball' tour will run through early September (more on that story here...).

Lady Gaga is touring in support of the Grammy Award winning album, "The Fame" and its followup, "The Fame Monster".
