Ciara 'Tried To Be Humble' Slams Blogs, Haters In New Song
Ciara tried "to be humble" but addresses negative talk amongst peers, bloggers and others in a recently leaked song titled "I'm Up In The Bank".
While she fails to name names on The-Dream helmed track, Ciara makes her goal clear on the song -- money.
Singing "Haters surround me everyday," Ciara then zeroes in on being business-minded stating "minding my business. My money on my mind. I'm staying on the grind."
Notoriously discussed on blogs for everything from her hair to rumors that she was a male at one point, Ciara takes aim at bloggers stating "don't really care about what the hell you think."
"See I try to be humble but they be hating on the sly. Hating on I and they don’t even know why. So what you doing looks so lame. Writing on them blogs, I’m in the bank and don’t really care about what the hell you think."
In related news, Ciara is said to be working on a follow to "Fantasy Ride". A release date has not been revealed for that project but, sources say it could arrive in stores Spring/Summer 2010.
