Lady Gaga’s recently revealed cover on Q Magazine is causing just enough controversy to have the mag banned from U.S. bookstores ! Sources say one of the nation’s top bookstores, Borders, confirmed that it will not carry the British magazine with the “Bad Romance” singer posing topless. While it is unclear whether Q will adjust the cover to gain U.S. sales from Borders, sources say the issue at hand is that Lady Gaga’s lower half of her breast is exposed. Ironically, Lady Gaga discusses her image in Q, telling the magazine “My image was an issue at my record label. I fought for months and cried at meetings. I got criticized for being arrogant because if you’re sure of yourself as a woman they say you’re a bit*h whereas if you’re a man and you’re strong-willed, it’s normal.” Sources say the magazine could seal the issue in a cover bag, which would allow bookstores to carry it. c: Q The Music / Q Magazine
