Beyonce Internationally Banned Over Music Video ?

Beyonce's "Video Phone" music video may be in rotation in the United States but, according to German sources it will never been seen in Germany !
Sources say the video has been pulled due to underwear manufacturer Triumph, who sued Sony because Beyoncé was wearing copyright infringing underwear in her music video "Video Phone" (as pictured).
According to Triumph, the outfit Beyonce dons in the video is a blatant copy of their original design created by Iskren Lozanov.
After review, the 7th Civil Chamber of the Landgericht Munich upheld an ex parte injunction barring Sony from distributing the "Video Phone" clip in Germany.
While Sony countered the manufacturer's claim, stating both designs were inspired by Picasso, the judge disagreed.

I like Beyonce and I love to see her perform as compared to everyone else, but it is time for her to get out of the spotlight! Its at the point NOW that she even looks like she is really trying to stay in the public eye! She has NEVER reinvented herself and it is no better time than NOW! Her outfits are becoming more provocative, sexual & questionable! As a role model for young girls, its amusing since she was brought up in a stable, Christian upper-middle class home during her childhood! Bey: take this time to grow as a songwriter, work on your not-so-great interviews, more acting classes, spend more time with Jay & family; for which all these aspects of your life & career need it! Where in the world have you been ? beyoncé is famous by name but she doesn't selll records, this girl is only marketing nothing behind. I think the only country where the record selling are good is the US.
Unfortunately it wasn't banned here. :( I like Bey, I really do, but she needs to grow up now. It's time to mature and sing about real issues and grown up things. Yeah she's rich and famous but her music won't be remembered in a few years. She's more worried about selling a lot of records than the quality of her records. She's almost 30, and look at the crap she's passing off as music. Come on now. it's time to step it up seriously.

I don't particularly like this song or video. It's not imaginative, creative or interesting in my opinion. For someone with the celebrity and supposed artistry that she has, I expect a lot more from Beyonce than something like this. It's cheap and immoral. I really wish she would peak at a higher level of lyrics and artistry. It common and she's becoming common to me as well.
