Ne Yo Pens Fourth Album For Summer Release
The wait will soon be over for singer/songwriter Ne-Yo's fourth studio album !
The "Heroes" singer has reportedly been working hard on the effort, which follows the Grammy Award-winning 2008 album "Year of the Gentleman".
While under wraps for the most part, Ne-Yo believes the album could be out as early as August of this year.
Since 2005, Ne-Yo has released three studio albums, each producing a number of top ten charting singles.
His last album, "Year of the Gentleman" spawned the hit singles "Miss Independent," "Closer" and "Mad". It also earned Ne-Yo two Grammy Awards for Best R&B song and Best R&B Male Vocal Performance.

While Usher seems to continue to record questionable, medecroie songs and RKelly is on the down turn, it seems like Ne-yo is poised to take their self proclaimed R&B king's spot! He is the only R&B act that Def Jam seems to want to repeatedly spend millions on promoting and being backed by retail giant Macy's, plus he brought not one, but 2 dates to the Grammy's which is an OK player look, especially for an R&B crooner; he's next in line for the top R&B spot! Looking forward to his new music!
