Christina Milian, Family Bitten With Attack Lawsuit

Christina Milian is facing a disturbing legal woe that involves her mother, sister and a neighbor who claims to have been mauled by her dog.
According to documents uncovered by TMZ, Milian's 81-year-old neighbor Leo Skolion has filed suit against the singer/actress claiming that her family's negligence led to severe injuries and months of rehabilitation.
In October of 2008, Skolion says he went to speak with Milian's family about flooding problems which caused a gate between their properties to become damaged. At that time, he says one of Milian's dogs escaped and attacked him from behind, biting a "huge chunk" out of his arm.
Reportedly forced to endure nine months of rehabilitation, Skolion now receives psychiatric help for "fear and depression".
Skolion is suing Milian and her family, who reportedly reside at the residence, for an unspecified amount.
