Kelis Taps British Producers La Roux For New Album
Kelis is crossing her fingers now that British production team La Roux has worked on her forthcoming album.
Reportedly impressed with the duo while visiting London, sources say Kelis is hopeful that songs created with La Roux will the album.
"Kelis was over in London and heard the La Roux record, which she loved," a source tells the Daily Star. "She hooked up with Elly Jackson and Ben Langmaid to write and is hopeful the tracks will make her record."
As previously reported, Kelis is due to release her fifth studio album via Will.i.am Music Group/Interscope later this year.
She debuted a new song, titled "Acapella," late 2009.
