Alicia Keys is kicking off the New Year with nothing but laughs and music thanks to Saturday Night Live.
Joining Charles Barkley as one of the first guests to appear on the show (in 2010) that spoofed Beyonce's "Single Ladies" and featured Rihanna's comedic skit with 'Shy Ronnie,' Keys is slated to perform January 9.
NBA legend turned CNN personality Charles Barkley will host that night.
In related news, Saturday Night Live has booked Avatar star Sigourney Weaver and chart-topping act The Ting Tings. They appear January 16.
