Jackson Doctor Conrad Murray To Avoid Murder Charge ?

Embattled physician Conrad Murray will likely evade murder charges related to the death of Michael Jackson if sources close to the Los Angeles District Attorney's office are correct.
According to the Daily Beast, prosecutors have decided to avoid a complicated murder charge and will instead look to charge the same man who administered what has been called a "lethal cocktail" of drugs with manslaughter.
While Murray is currently allowed to practice, sources say he could be charged early next year when prosecutors present their case to a grand jury.
Murray has been under investigation since Jackson's death June 25.

I DO NOT AGREE! But who cares! After all the truth does not requires believers, it simply is or is not true. Michael HAD NO DRUG PROBLEM. He loved his family, his children and himself too much to put his life in danger. I agree that at some point in his life - maybe back in the nineties - he did have a drug (painkiller) issue, but he overcame it and became very much kind of a health freak. Remember Michael saying in the Bashir show "I want to live forever"? Michael wanted to live and MICHAEL LIVES! Shamone! Amen!
the doctor isnt guilty because michael jackson and his family knew he was going to die anyways because of the fact that he abuses perscription drugs. and micheal jackson got the injection because he had pains. the family is at fault but they want to blame the doctor for their problem with michael. also the family also stated that "i can only tell that this is something that is NOT unexpected. read the artical above and you will see that its not the doctors fault
No charge will be the sentence. And after all, why not? Because MICHAEL IS ALIVE! Get real people and stop believing the press and the media. MICHAEL IS ALIVE!!!!
I hope doctor death Conrad Murray and the others involved in his murder get life in jail for the rest of their miserable lives. The greed of these scums was the motivating factor; even an idiot would know not to give all those powerful drugs one after the other. They thought he would be worth more dead than alive....hugh insurance policy, etc. And I still get angry over the greed os those scums who lied and falsely accused Michael of wrong but he was found totally innocent! Michael is the greatest entertainer in the world and I hope to meet him in the new system when the earth is a paradise and God has destroyed all the wicked. Michael loved and cared for all the children and gave more money than anyone to help them. Others can learn an example from his kindness.
If michael is dead[I do not believe for one second that he is] ,then how did such an incompetent person ever manage to become a doctor?in the first place ,unless of course he was paid/threatened to get rid of mj.
I think Conrad Murray was "employed" by some very rich parents of previous young boy friend's of Michael's. And I'm a fan saying that. Michael was the ultimate entertainer but I have to hold onto my wits and realize where the preponderance of the evidence lies. Unfortunately for all of us who were fans of his, it doesn't look so good for Michael's innocence in this.

another thing that makes me question him is that he seems to have done something so bad but makes it seem like nothing. even to this day i still cannot find myself to believe michael is gone from us. i love him so much nd just think im only a fan and care about michael so much i wonder how his family is taking it. I am the biggest michael jackson fan. I know everything about him and his posters cover my room. On thankgiving we were going around saying what we are thankful for and i said michael jackson and i got a michael jackson charm bracelette for christmas. i love michael and hope to one day meet him in heaven!!!!!!!♥♥♥♥ I LOVE YOU MICHAEL!!!!!!!!
he is a LIAR. he definetly killed michael. I mean he is a professianl doctor right? Well he acts like a stupid idiot. He didnt call someone til 45min after michael is dieing. He did cpr on a bed. im only 14 years old and even i know that you dont do cpr on a bed i mean how stupid can you get. and if he didnt kill michael then why did he run away when michael died. I think he should be put in prison for the rest of his life. Not only did he kill michael jackson but you have to remember that he also killed a great dad and son and brother and to me a hero! i love michael jackson and will always remember him. Although i never met him i feel like i have. He was such a fun loving kind person who cared about other people other than himself. love you michael forever!♥
All of this just makes me so sad. It probably has been clarified but it seems overlooked that when Murray came back from the bathroom, he stated Michael WASNT breathing, and he had to do CPR THEN. That was around 11am or so? Yet it was said he was on the CELL for approx 45 mins supposedly prior to realizing something was wrong with Michael? Murray didnt just take away his ability to dance or perform anymore. Michael is DEAD! How do you HIRE a Dr to take care of you, he give you meds back to back, administer a drug he clearly isnt supposed to and doesnt even know HOW to administer properly, and that person DIES? How is that NOT MURDER?! I am a mom with 2 kids. No initials after my name. The WORLD knows better than that. He has a medical License to KNOW better than that. He was more than negligent. He was greedy and didnt care... I just pray for justice. Murray has killed Michael. This affects the WORLD. He cant get away with THIS. I love you, Michael and miss you terribly much. .
