Usher Talks Clothing Line, 'Not The Right Time'
Usher may be busy building a lifestyle brand with his latest fragrance offering Usher VIP hitting Macys just in time for the holiday season but, don't think he's forgotten about clothing.
Speaking of his penchant for fashion recently, Usher let it be know that a clothing line of some sort is in his future.
"I'm building a lifestyle brand and I'm not rushing to do clothes," he tells the AP. "I feel like I'm speaking to my customer now with the fragrances, and, in this economy and with my style and attention to detail, my clothes won't come cheap. It's not the right time."
While the recently divorced heartthrob is filing his penchant for clothing away for future use, he believes in "eclectic" taste.
"I always go out and embrace where I am — I don't stay locked up in a hotel room. I am an eclectic spectator.
In related news, Usher is gearing up for the release of his sixth studio album "Raymond Vs. Raymond" due for release early 2010.

I don't get it...the people that make em rich and famous, they forget about once they make it...they know people can't afford senseless clothes like that...not the real people who buy the albums and support their sorry butts...i luv Usher, (way more than Chris Brown) but the clothing line should include pieces everyone can afford as well...that's what a true gentleman would do, IMO...
Clothing line? - that's lame - just put the records out Usher...Sean John is the only decent music/clothing line...and everyone i know (real people) is too brokez to buy it.
