Que Talks Day 26 'I Don't Feel Safe, They're Not My Brothers'
Former Day 26 member Qwanell Mosley aka Que says Day 26 members Brian, Will, Mike and Robert are no longer his brothers -- this after the group booted him via letter last week.
"I don't feel protected around them now. I don't feel safe. I don't feel like they're my brothers anymore," Que told MTV Monday, after reports confirmed that he had indeed been kicked out of the group late last week.
Addressing reasons he believes he was booted, including financial troubles, Que went on to tell MTV "We just had to fix our business. I have nothing bad to say about them. I just want to move forward because they sent me a letter saying they don't want to work with me... I only had the issue with management."
Over the weekend, Que, through a series of videos, twitter postings and live streaming interactions with fans, called out the group's manager Screwface. Alleging that he was kicked out after requesting an audit of records, Que said he placed blame on no one but 'Screwface' (not Diddy or MTV).
"This is my business and this is my life. I don't want to be kept in the dark. I want to be in control of my business".
Now signed to Soul World Entertainment, Que is moving forward with plans for a solo debut away from the group.
The group's management, nor label Atlantic Records, have commented on the dismissal of Que, who along with the other members were handpicked during the hit MTV reality series 'Making the Band 4'. The group later won a BET Award for Best Group and garnered a 2009 American Music Award nomination.
While Que has officially parted ways with the group, Day 26 member Will told fans on Twitter their as-yet-untitled third studio album will be released in 2010.

I have been hard on Que but things are starting to look like they rob him of some money. Que needs to sue they but and move on. It' smart to stand up to people who has control of your life. I wish you the best and keep moving on, but get your money for them fool- contract to 2060.
Que needs to seek professional medical help. I really think this guy has some serious issues that will overshadow his muscial talents. Until he gets help, he'll continue to have problems with his career and his life.
Although it appears that Que has A LOT of growing up to do. I have always said I think he would make a great solo artist. He thinks outside the parameters of classic R&B, he's young, he can sing and dance. The only thing that I forsee holding him back is his ability to handle conflict. No one wants to work with a hot head. If any of you watched MTB4, we all know he was trippin! I wish his well. He can do it, he just needs an attitude adjustment!
I wish Que luck. Some people arent right for a group situation but thrive solo (bobby brown is a great example.) As for the competition, vocally Que can hold his own with the best pop R&B singers - hey cats like Akon, Omarion, Pleasure P can learn alot from him. Que just needs to grow into an artist & let his music / act do the talking.
It saddens me to know that Que is no longer in the group but everybody is moving on, so I have to get over it. I wish Que all the luck on his solo deal and I agree with 'Sam' that he has tough competition. And for Day26 their album better be a banger because Que was an important part of them and now that he is gone, they have to step their game! I love Day26!
Considering the lack of comments about Que and this topic, no one really cares anymore and it appears that the rest of the group is moving forward without him! Best of luck to him on the solo front because he faces tough competition from Trey, Omarion, Chris Brown and Pleasure P! Who knows, a solo Que may rock the stage and the charts with the right promos!
