Ne Yo's 'Frog' Theme Close To Academy Award Nomination ?
Ne-Yo could be taking home an Oscar next year !
The Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter, has officially made the Academy's list of sixty-three eligible songs for its coveted 'Best Original Song' category.
According to Hollywood Reporter, Ne-Yo's "Never Knew I Needed," taken from the currently playing Disney feature 'The Princess and The Frog,' is among four songs from the movie to make the list.
Official nominees will be revealed at a later date.
As previously reported, Ne-Yo penned and performed "Never Knew I Needed". An accompanying music video for the song was revealed earlier this year.
