Projected to arrive on the chart with close to 100,000 copies moved, Brown's anticipated album is expected to top totals from Hip Hop stars BG, Gucci Mane and Clipse.

  3. LYNETTE says:

I BELIEVE HIS CD WILL EMERGE ON TOP BETTER THAN PEOPLE THINK IT WILL, YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THAT CHRIS HAS NOT PROMOTED GRAFFITI LIKE HE WOULD LIKE TO FOR INSTANCE PERFORMING ON GOOD MORNING AMERICA, AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS, ETC. OTHER ARTISTS HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO PROMOTE THEIR CD WITH LIVE PERFORMANCES. PEOPLE TRY TO KEEP CB DOWN BUT HE RISE TO THE CHALLENGE, THAT'S WHY HE WILL COME OUT ON TOP!!

  4. OK says:

  7. Tina says:

He is a HUGE FLOP...last album sold almost 300,000 opening week and this lame album is only selling 100,000..,.I bet his lunatic Fans are mad...

  8. Stacey says:

Actually, Glee Vol. 2 is expected to be the top debut album next week: From Hits Daily Double: "the top debut will come from Columbia’s Glee, Vol. 2, which is rapidly turning into its own cottage industry, with 120-130k... Jive/JLG’s Chris Brown returns with Graffiti, which is on target for between 95-100k as the next highest newcomer, while Warner Bros. Birmingham, AL, rapper Gucci Mane is right behind him, with a projected total of 85-95k." With Susan Boyle and Andrea Bocelli tying up the #1 and 2 positions and Glee Vol. 2 debuting at #3, this gives Chris Brown a shot at #4 if Gucci does not catch up.

  9. tmq says:

It still says something that he will debut as #1 for record sales above artists w/ less tarnished reputations. I was so hoping for higher sales for GRAFFITI and I know I did my part by purchasing the CD in 3 different ways...regardless I am so proud of HIM and this album...I have to purposefully take a break from listening to it. My absolute fav song is "I'll Go"...I'm always on the verge of tears when I hear it. I think he will get a bump in sales when "Takers" come out in February. I just hope he can do a tour in the springtime becuz I would love to hear Brown Skin Girl, Take My Time, Movie, Pass Out sung live. I would only hope he would do a little acapella of "I'll Go".
