Chris Brown gave ABC's primetime numbers a boost Friday, when his anticipated interview with 20/20 aired.
According to Nielsen, '20/20' pulled in just over 5.7 million viewers featuring both Brown's interview with correspondent Robin Roberts and coverage of the Amanda Knox verdict and reaction from her family.
During the feature interview Chris Brown spoke of the song he penned for Rihanna, titled "Changed Man," telling Roberts "I played the song for her… the day I did it… a month after the situation. She called when she first heard the song. And I mean, I'm not trying to say — call her any liar or anything like that. But I played the song for her when I first wrote it. And she cried."
Brown is due to release his third studio album, "Graffiti," Tuesday, December 8.
