Jason Derulo's 'Whatcha Say' Hits Number One In U.S.

Beluga Heights singer/songwriter Jason Derulo has earned the number one spot in the country thanks to "Whatcha Say".
The Danity Kane and Lil Wayne affiliated singer/songwriter's hit single reached the top of the Billboard Hot 100 Wednesday.
After spending weeks on the chart, some of which holding down the no.3 and no.4 spots, Derulo's hit rose thanks to increased airplay and a video premiere for the single.
"Whatcha Say" precedes Derulo's Beluga Heights debut album, due early 2010.
