Amerie Issues 'Love & War' Album Preview
Amerie's long-awaited Def Jam debut "In Love & War" is due for release Tuesday, November 3. In anticipation of the album's release, Amerie has partnered up with imeem to offer fans an exclusive preview.
Previewing the entire album, at fourteen tracks, Imeem is allowing fans to either listen to the album on its site or via portable players.
As previously reported on Singersroom, Amerie's "In Love & War" features the lead single "Why R U" and both "Heard 'Em All" and the "Heard 'Em All" remix featuring Lil Wayne.
"In Love & War" arrives in stores and at digital retailers Tuesday, November 3.

Amerie's album is one of the best albums of this year. I was happy with this purchase, versus some of the highly publicized albums, that are distasteful. She deserves more credit and limelight. The industry needs to stop comparing her to Beyonce or Rhianna. Amerie is an artist in her own right and a great role model. I love Beyonce', however I think there are other artists out there that are doing their thing, are talented, and should not get recognition as well. Amerie's new album Love and War, is different, it is full of energy, swag, sweet beats and a nice voice. Amerie if you need a personal assistant call me!!!
The Album is Great. Amerie will be on the Wendy Williams show tonight...yes tonight Wednesday 11/4/09. Amerie will also be on BET's 106 & park Thursday 11/6/09

swag back is good...I like red eye and why r u - but this is not her strongest album...not for me anyways - it's kinda average 4 me.
Amerie certainly has a number of tacks on this album that can be singles. 1) More Than Love 2) Higher 3) Swag Back 4) Different People 5) Red Eye All those tracks above can be additional singles off the album. I really think she did a fantastic job.
go on and kick azz amerie do your thing, you have got it and you knows what to do with it . you have come to far to turn back now so just go on and knock em out and get you the two and three things (videos) like you are doing going at once.
Yea higher is a really hot track. I know she's gonna release that as a single.
A friend and I got tickets on Def Jam.com for the Jimmy Kimmel show so we are going to be in the house. Love Amerie and that HIGHER track is insane I’m really feeling SWAG Back too. I’m missing the remix of WHY R U with her label mates.
Yea I hope so too. Def Jam needs to get on it. I know she will be performing on Jimmy Kimmel live on Nov. 10th so check it out all you Amerie fans. I hope she performs More Than Love with Fabulous which is my favorite cut on the album. I'm feeling Higher, Diffrent People, Swag Back, Pretty Brown with Trey Songz and Red Eye.
I'm glad the label is making a 'little' more of an effort to promote her this time. I love imeem so I'm on it all the time. I think the album is hot. She's too much of a talent to be so under promoted. i hope this album is a huge success for her.
