Kanye West Clear Of Airport Scuffle Charges

Kanye West has been cleared of criminal charges surrouding his much discussed scuffle at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) last September (2008).
Originally facing assault, theft and vandalism charges, West must complete 50 hours of community service, according to an LA Attorney's office spokesperson.
As previously reported on Singersroom, West and his manager, were captured on TMZ video smashing a photographer's camera flash while inside LAX on September 11, 2008.
Blair Berk, West's attorney, called for the dismissal of the case, calling it "wildly overcharged".
West was not present when criminal charges were dismissed Friday.
