Fergie will soon become the latest celeb to buy a stake in the NFL's Miami Dolphins.
The Black Eyed Peas' singer joins Venus and Serena Williams, Gloria and Emilio Estefan, and Jennifer Lopez's hubby Marc Anthony among other investors.
It has not been revealed how big of a stake Fergie was purchasing in the team. Sources say all of the Dolphins' celebrity owners have invested in small portions and have agreed to make appearances at the stadium during games as part of an effort to attract a more diverse crowd.
While Fergie's deal is not inked, the Dolphins' have already approved the singer's investment via vote.
Fergie is currently on tour in Australia but is said to be intent signing with the Dolphins' when she returns to the states.
