R&B diva, Mya is officially leading the pack on ABC's Dancing With The Stars.
Scoring a 27/30 during Monday night's episode, Mya slid across the stage with fluid choreography while also landing the season's first set of tens (10/10).
Performing the rumba with 'Dancing' partner Dmitry Chaplin, Mya's steps appeared to be fluid and convincing to at least two out of the three judges.
Earning tens (10/10) from both Bruno Tonioli and Carrie Ann Inaba, Mya and Dmitry received a seven from Len, citing the duos choreography.
In related 'Dancing' news, former politician Tom Delay performed Monday Night, despite being ordered by his doctor to sit out due to a foot injury. He, along with the remainder of this season's competing celebs, will face fate on tonight's elimination episode.
'Dancing With Stars' airs tonight, Tuesday at 9/8c (ABC).

True, it seems as though Len is being a tad harsh on Mya for no reason at all. One has to wonder. On the other hand, in Len's defense, he was consistent for the most part in that while he gave Mya a 7, the only one who undeservedly got a higher score was Donny Osmond and only one other star received a 7. So at least for last night, he seemed to be tough on everyone!
Cameramen have caught several "unpleasant looks of him" even when entertainers like Usher and Ciara perform...and we know they are 2 of the best dancer/singers around today! His views are always contradiction to those of the white contestants who lack sex appeal, charisma, enthusiasm and or who just don't have the same rhythm! Just listen closely to his reviews and compare, then you will see the difference! Bloggers are always commenting here on singersroom about being tired of race being an issue with allot of various topics, but its a reality and still exists in this Obama-led era! From an entertainment perspective, people think Hollywood is at ALL times colorblind and it is NOT!! Len's bias, critical reviews of African-American contestants vs. the whites on his show who have performed well, is another example of Hollywood being itself behind the velvet ropes!!!!!
I agree with sugar baby below! I have back tracked to and at least 4 seasons and up until now and I too, think that "Len" has something against African-American entertainers on the show! He has always something to say negatively about every great performance by an African-American from Toni Braxton, Lil'Kim, Mya, Vivica Fox and even Season 5's winner Emmit Smith as compared to those of other races! Coninued....
I don;t know what is up with the OLD judge LEN, i for one think that He is racist! Mya did not deserve a 7, I know that!
