The anticipated new season of VH1's once hit series 'Behind The Music' will kick off with not just Lil Wayne, T.I. and 50 Cent but R&Bs original bad boy Bobby Brown.
Network sources say the forthcoming episode, documenting Brown's career, both past and present, will air September 24.
"After being kicked out of New Edition and independently establishing
himself as the undisputed "King of R&B," Bobby spun himself into a
fast life of drugs and women. Brown eventually married American Pop
Princess, Whitney Houston and after an 11-year publically turbulent
marriage the two divorced. Bobby Brown relays his life in the spotlight
and all of the hardships and glories that he's faced as one of the most
controversial entertainers in R&B," VH1 wrote in a release describing the forthcoming episode.
Brown's 'Behind The Music' follows his successful stint on CMT's 'Gone Country'.
Behind the Music: Bobby Brown airs September 24 at 10pm.

.....and he is still the one and mean the one, that the media blames for Whitney being the way she is or (was?) even though he says she introduced him to drugs! The public and mainstream media has not let him live this down! She is another topic by herself! How can he continue to be called the undisputed king of R&B when you have old school cats like Charlie Wilson, Smokey Robinson and Ron Isley, although incarcerated, still recording chart-topping music before and after him..and they put on better live shows than he did and does today! He appears not to be worried as in the past, so maybe BB does have another future in showbiz! I look forward to what he has to say!
@lilkunta! I agree with you and RKelly could be added to! Bobby could've made all the right moves after he surprised everyone a couple of decades ago with 8x platinum, Don't be cruel! BB continually wants to publically get mad because Usher, Ginuwine, Omarion, Trey Songs and others have remained drug-free and have made the right decesions professionally and personally! LA Reid was in his corner first and so were powerhouse producers Teddy Riley, Babyface and MCA records was the top label as well back then! He was out of step while performing at the BET awards with New Edition and no one via TV really could notice the missteps! It truly looked like their really should still be 5 members instead of 6, with his ass up there! Continued...
Per who is BB the "undisputed king of RB"? Usher has surpassed him in sales. CB might also do the same.
