John Legend, Sullivan Featured Essence Fest Set For TV Premiere

Performances from John Legend, Jazmine Sullivan and more from the 2009 Essence Music Festival are headed to television.
According to TV One, the annual festival, that also brought out big names like Maxwell and Beyonce, will air on its network this Sunday, August 30.
Taken from three days of performances and surrounding events, the forthcoming TV One special is slated to air for two hours beginning at 8pm.
Performances from Ledisi, Ne-Yo, Teena Marie, En Vogue, Charlie Wilson, Anita Baker, Salt N' Pepa and Robin Thicke are also featured on the special.
Tune in to TV One Sunday, August 30.
