Jordin Sparks Goes Diva For VH1

Jordin Sparks has just been announced as the latest performer slated to appear at the forthcoming VH1 special "VH1 Divas".

Slated to perform alongside previously confirmed 'divas,' including Leona Lewis, Adele, Miley Cyrus, and Kelly Clarkson, Sparks will be joined by former American Idol judge and recently announced host Paula Abdul.

VH1's revamped 'VH1 Divas' will premiere on the network September 17 at 9pm.

Additional performers and participants are slated to be announced in the coming weeks.

Before taking a several year hiatus, 'VH1 Divas' featured performances from Patti Labelle, Cyndi Lauper, The Pussycat Dolls and more.

I just love Jordin Sparks new CD it is pack full of great songs. The girl have at least 8 possibilities of at least GOLD. I love her first CD but this one is the BOMB and frankly I do not know why her reviews isn't very good? Jordin is so underated but she will prevail! Love this girl!!!

Jordan is doing her thing! With her opening for the Jonas Brothers and NOW opening for Britney Spear's, plus this announcement she is on a roll! Hopefully when Fantasia returns, her team and her label can do the same for her! Life does get better after American Idol!
