Thankful for the success of his first live album, "Smokie Norful Live," Stellar Award-winning artist Smokie Norful is giving back to fans with the release of a special deluxe edition Tuesday.
Featuring a Live! performance of "My Choice" and "Dear God (studio version)," the deluxe edition of "Smokie Norful Live" is slated to arrive in stores Tuesday, August 25, accompanied by two free concerts in Memphis, TN (Aug 25) and Philadelphia, PA (Aug 26).
Led by the single "Justified," Norful's initial release of "Smokie Norful Live," immediately shot to the top of the charts, landing at #1 on both
Billboard’s Top Gospel Albums and the iTunes Christian/Gospel Top
Albums earlier this year.
In related news, Smokie Norful is slated to make several televised appearances in September, including a 1-hour special airing exclusively on the Gospel Music
Channel. Norful can also be seen performing songs from the new
album on TBN’s “Praise the Lord” airing September 22, BET’s “Bobby Jones Gospel” airing October 4 and BET’s “Lift Every
Voice” airing October 25.

Why don't church people just stay in the church where it's kosher for one to stay on his/her knees. I don't like gospel music because it lacks any thoughtful lyric content.
