Jackson Memorial Song, Merchandise Okayed By Judge

Michael JacksonSelect music and merchandise from Michael Jackson's memorial service and surrounding events have been green lit for sale.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff okayed the sale of several items, including a song performed by Jermaine Jackson at the King of Pop's memorial weeks ago.

Titled "Smile," originally recorded by Charlie Chaplin, the song and video is now slated to appear on iTunes.

Posters and calendars are also okayed for sale.

In related news, sources believe Judge Beckloff could approve the sale of Jackson's final rehearsals and preparations for the London 'This Is It' series.

Columbia Pictures had agreed to pay near $60 million for rights to the footage.
