Day 26 R&B group Day 26 has been accused of stealing a song, straight from another recording artist's album !

In a copyright infringement suit filed July 27, singer Kirby Shields alleges his song "I'm Just Getting Started" is identical to a song similarly titled and recorded by Day 26, called "Just Getting Started".

Released on the BET Award winning group's 2009 effort "Forever In A Day," the song reportedly has the same producer Christian Davis Stalnecker.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Bad Boy Records, Atlantic Recording Corporation, and Christian Davis Stalnecker are all named in the suit.

"Forever In A Day" is the second album to come from Day 26 since they were formed on the hit MTV reality series Making the Band 4. "Forever In A Day" was released in April of 2009.
