Ne Yo, Crawford To Present 09 MTV Video Music Awards

Ne Yo Ne-Yo and Chace Crawford have signed on as the first of many presenters to appear at this year's MTV Video Music Awards.

Slated for a return to New York City, after stints in both Los Angeles and Miami, the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards will take place September 13.

Joining Ne-Yo and Crawford are recording stars P!nk, Taylor Swift, Muse, and Green Day, who are all set to perform.

"Last year I got to jump out of a window at the VMAs in LA," P!nk told MTV. "This year I can't wait to blow the roof off Radio City in New York."

Russell Brand will host the 26th Annual VMAs from Radio City Music Hall.

Additional performers and presenters will be announced at a later date.
