Amy Winehouse is "relieved" after being cleared of assault charges in London.
"I'm relieved [and] I'm going home," Winehouse told a sea of reporters after hearing the verdict handed down by Judge Timothy Workman.
Winehouse had been accused of punching dancer Sherene Flash in the eye at a charity ball last year.
Workman found the "Back To Black" Grammy winner not guilty and dismissed all charges brought against Winehouse.
A statement obtained by the AP and issued by Winehouse's spokesman said the "Rehab" singer was "happy to move on with her life and put the episode behind her" Friday.
Earlier this month, Winehouse was granted a divorce from husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, after a reported two year marriage.

Her accuser didn't seem too credible to me. If someone punched me in the eye, I would have gone to the police and get a picture taken as evidence. Where was the evidence, where were the pictures? There is a saying on the TV show CSI:NY, "People lie, forensics doesn't". I'm glad for Amy and for justice that the case was tossed out.
