Trey Songz Finds Reason To Love On Anticipation

Grammy-nominated artist Trey Songz knows all about choices. When it came to recording or going to college he chose to pursue music. Today, Songz understands that fans have a choice in music and most important whether to support an artist or keep it moving.
"I feel that I must give you a reason to love me," says the "I Need A Girl" singer.
In anticipation of his next album, "Ready," Songz took to the studio and recorded a series of new songs.
Released this week under the title "Anticipation," Songz' new music is now available for free as a mixtape through his website (get link below).
"The creation of ANTICIPATION began after I presented READY to my label the first time. I just started recording on my days off and the music felt great and decided that I'd rather share the music than let it sit and be idle. This is music without politics, without creative boundaries," says Songz.

Trey Songz' forthcoming album, a follow up to the Grammy-nominated "Trey Day," is due in stores August 2009.
